This is the 23rd pond or pool designed by Marpa. The house is almost surrounded by unobstructed views, but the sound of the  I25 highway disturbs the solitude, as does the view of car lights.The house is grand, and the space available rather small in comparison. This is where we begin.

The view of the highway is now hidden by a mountain form. From this form massive waters flow, completely replacing the traffic noise with freshness and aliveness. The ground levels and a pool is created. Although it looks like an alpine pool, it is a fully functional swimming pool, and deep enough for diving from the rocks.
